I got this on Tuesday when it wasn't expected until Friday and it was free shipping. Both necklaces, the chain and the black cord were broken and the tiger eye pendant came without metal so it could be used as a necklace. Metal attachments on others feel sloppy and patchy. This makes them look a little crooked (although I'm a perfectionist. And I got the impression that the amethyst is the same. I don't. As you can see from the photos, there is no metal wrapped around the crystal pendants, they sit straight. All are hanging when wearing anyway, they are not straight.I only tried them out by hanging them on a chain and holding them around my neck as all the chains snapped.I don't feel I have to put effort into these items to return due to poor quality, the items i received are broken, incomplete or not, they are all together, i plan to call customer service tomorrow morning and explain my predicament, the only positive in my experience is the it it had free shipping, was cheap and i received it on tuesday not friday.. other than that i was 100% disappointed.
