Review on 💣 Black 44 Fluid Fully Charged Mascara by Angela Floyd

I had a sample of IPSY, not sure I will buy it again, the sample was amazing, for some reason this full size clump is the reason my lashes stick together, use it if I'm not very careful. The instructions say to start at the base of the lashes and wiggle the applicator to apply - I know who reads makeup instructions? But I tried - NOT a good idea! My lashes are very long and quite thick, so apply them lightly at the ends for a much better result. Maybe this tube is old and therefore lumpy? I have sensitive eyes, a big plus for me is that this mascara doesn't irritate the eyes like many others.
