I definitely don't hate this product but I certainly don't love it. The quality itself was ok, it met my need for a comfortable laptop bag. But (#1) why are the handles on the opposite end of the zipper? What to do if lightning strikes? Boom, here's your laptop. With the same success, you can carry it in your arms, and not by the handle. Of course if there was a pocket inside instead of a corner fabric strip then maybe play it safe (of course holding it on your hands is still better) #2 if it was made for a laptop why aren't there any side strips, holding the case together? So you can use your case while using your laptop at the same time. I wouldn't recommend this case if you're using it for a laptop, it wasn't very good. But if you just want it to cover your laptop, then yes, it does the job. I just think you can get something else with a better design for the same price or a few bucks more.
