Review on Ultra Lightweight Fox River Wick Dry Therm A Wick Over The Calf Liner Socks for Optimal Warmth by Dustin Lannan

Normal thin socks

This is normal. I bought them to wear with a hiking boot I'm recovering from a broken leg. I've been using this product for about a month. I like that they are stretchy and comfortable. It helps a lot in dressing a swollen and convalescent leg. Since they are thin, durability is negligible. One of my socks broke the second time I put them on because the thread got tangled in the Velcro. This broke a thread in the sock causing the sock to quickly unravel and by the end of the day I had a golf ball sized hole in the sock. I was hoping they would wick moisture better, but they handle like a thin cotton sock. My foot and leg are just as sweaty in the boot as in a regular sock. They also roll easily and are difficult to restore to their original bright white color. They appear to be turning off-white and even beige in some places, and it is almost impossible to discern these colors. The one sock I have left still holds up structurally but doesn't look very good. If I had to do this over and over again, I would probably choose a different sock for my purpose.
