Mirror works great. The viewing angle is really good, it doesn't fall off the mount if you install it properly. Velcro straps are used and 4 (2 sets) are supplied. You can install it in front or behind the monitor according to your preference. Please note that the "metal thing" that connects the mirror to the velcro is a bit flimsy, so don't install or remove the mirror too often. As weak as it is, the mirror doesn't wobble much (it happens, but not that much of a problem unless you're super sensitive). Try to make sure the back of the monitor or whatever you are mounting it on is level to ensure stability.
