I am very happy with this purchase. Low cost was my number one priority. I don't need or expect throw pillows to double as sleeping pillows, but they are actually very comfortable! I took some photos to show how the pillows are packed for shipping. There is a lot of clear information on the packaging explaining that there are actually four pillows inside. Mine filled up beautifully in just 20-30 seconds by hand. I also tossed them in the dryer for a few minutes, but that really wasn't necessary. The 20" pads fit my 18" suitcases perfectly as stated in the product description (see last photo). They have been in use for over a week now and are still plump and soft. They are perfect for leaning on the sofa or resting your head or legs. I rarely give 5 star reviews but honestly I can't say anything bad about these pillows. I will update my review if I find any issues in the future.
