Stops working after using it twice

This monitor stopped working after 2 uses. It gets power and my laptop recognizes it, but the monitor just says no signal and goes into sleep mode. I've tried this on several different devices and no luck. I can't find any support for it anywhere and it's too late to return it. What a waste of money.
