They keep falling off

I'm glad I didn't buy them at full price as they are pretty much the opposite of what I expected. The headphones are huge and difficult to position properly for the sound quality. I've found the headphones to randomly drop off without warning. I've bent and remade the malleable earhooks, trying to find a sweet spot that will hold them in place, but haven't found anything yet.
