Review on Renewed ASUS VG34VQL1B Monitor: Flicker-Free, Curved Screen, Blue Light Filter, Height Adjustment, HDMI - 3440x1440 by Ricky Gamache

The box and packaging arrived almost completely destroyed. With concern I opened the box and packaging, saw the monitor in fairly good condition and was relieved! I installed it, set it up a bit and started playing! This monitor worked great but there was constant whining. Then I noticed. There is a cluster of dead pixels to the right of center. All dark game areas and bright white pixels are looking back at you. Maybe I'll buy a new one once I get a refund. There will be a 4.5 star monitor. This is currently a low score of 2 because the area where the dead pixels are located is to the right of center. Accordingly, I will improve my score with a new monitor. Edit: The original monitor also had some sort of loose connection on the right that flipped the image unless you clicked on that area. A further inspection before the return revealed that the previous owner had mistreated it. The replacement is coming this week and then the update.
