The fit was a bit odd but it works great for a fraction of the price of the factory part
I should have taken a picture but it's too late because the fuse is there. The fuse I received didn't look like the one on the list. (It actually looked exactly like the part in the competitor catalogue. Hmmm.) It was essentially the right part for my KitchenAid KEBK101SS oven, but it was spot welded to the larger adapter plate. It was easy enough to break the fuse on this adapter plate. Since this part is functional and costs 1/6 the cost of the factory fuse, this inconvenience suited me quite well.
