The quality was definitely worse than I expected. I now realize that the belt didn't come with a huge price tag, so I certainly wasn't expecting a high performance belt. But it didn't even live up to my already low expectations. The belt is made of very poor quality material and when bent it immediately forms permanent creases. The material stretches immediately and begins to deform from day one. The only "hard/smooth" leather may be the thin edge of material on the outside of the belt. The buttons are not aligned evenly, the stitching is not even. Once the buckle is added, one of the loops is longer than the other so it is always tighter at the top or both parts of the belt, which in the previous experiment means that one loop will eventually break and the other loop will do nothing. Wouldn't buy again and there are many better alternatives for the price of just a belt with no buckle or frame.
