Great sound quality but won't stay in your ears. I've tried all sizes of tips and they fall out within an hour without putting them back in. Touch controls are useless if you have hair. None of the functions work for me except play/pause. The volume control is ridiculous, one earbud turns the volume up and the other turns it down. It would be nice if the controls worked, but they don't. So I'll try to pause and the volume will be cranked all the way up and blow my ears. If you're listening to music in one ear, it's useless. Excellent sound quality but the design is lame.
