OMG - works great. As an older woman, hot flashes are great. Even in winter! When I walk around the house, doing chores, I usually sweat. With this neck fan - what luck. And no batteries! Just plug it in and it charges. take a long time. It has 3 settings: low, medium and high. I usually need it on high, then medium after a few minutes, and then low. I take it with me when I drive so everyone in the car isn't cold when I turn on the AC. Now gardening is no longer a problem for me. Many Thanks.
