Well-built computer and accessory kit

Star Tech has long had a reputation for quality and reliability, and this desktop USB hub is built like a tank. Although the device is quite compact, each of the seven USB ports has a status light that shows the connection. There is an additional indicator of the status of the connection to the computer. The body is all metal. USB connectors have blue tabs on the inside to indicate they're USB 3.0 compatible (although like all USB 3.0 hubs, they're backwards compatible with 2.0 and 1.1 cables. Unlike cheaper devices, the connectors don't wobble or snap You'll find it hardwired to the heavy-duty power supply and fitted with pins for US and international markets It runs on either 120V or 220V. In the box, the company also supplies two single-sided adhesive rubber strips for attachment to the base of the Hub to prevent slipping Alternatively a metal plate with mounting holes is included if you wish to permanently mount it to a wall, table or cupboard I've only been using the unit for a few weeks Case which often failed within weeks of purchase .The last was the 10-port rev ain basics.not without risks.Twice failed USB hubs caused minor damage to my computers. On call After reading a technician I decided to spend extra money on this device. I will come back and update this review if there are any issues with the device.
