I rarely write reviews and I rarely write negative reviews - but this item needs to be taken back to the drawing board and has been completely redesigned , and the only way it's going to happen is if people complain or just stop buying it, which is why I'm here to help you avoid the same buying mistake I made. I've used different mustache trimmers for years to shave my face and head (five hour shade all over) - Wahl, Remington, and Phillips Norelco. I was looking at $25 and the ability to have spare blades might make it a worthy competitor, but it doesn't. It barely cuts. It certainly doesn't cut the hair on my head (my hair is very thin and it's sparsely populated there, so there's no real apology. To be honest, this thing just sucks). It barely cuts the hair on my face or neck, I have to go over that area multiple times which irritates my skin. To be honest I would rather dry shave with a razor than use this product on my face/neck again. Yes, it was annoying. My best fix for the problem is that the motor that powers this thing seems underpowered (compared to my Wahl or Norelco trimmers) and the blades instantly feel dull. Do yourself a favor and pass it on. Product.
