I made this specifically for the resin table from a backyard beer bottle cap. The lid easily pops off for work while you're gluing on what appears to be 8 million bottle caps (mine actually took around 150). I then made sure he was standing on a flat surface before pouring the resin (32 ounces of resin almost did the job; another 8 ounces should put it almost on the edge of the table edge). We planned to sink the legs into the ground so stability wouldn't be a major concern. But I like that the top "tray" is removable.
