Customer service is great; They helped me sort out an issue with my order and were friendly the whole way. My only complaint about the installation is that it's difficult to do with just one person, but once I could get my hands on it it was very easy. Unfortunately, my cat is afraid of everything, so she is not quite convinced of this glass bowl, which I also set quite high. It's not the cup's fault haha. I hope one day she will understand and then I will update my review!
