Feels waxy and leaves a residue, like castille soap.
The most important aspect of a body/face wash to me, is that it wash OFF completely and not leave any feeling of remaining residue. This is a soap smells and feels similar to castille soap, which I've always hated using on my skin. This body wash takes forever to rinse off, and even then there is a lingering feeling that it didn't actually get my skin CLEAN. I tried this in lieu of Bert's Bees peppermint rosemary body wash which has been discontinued (why, why?) -- but sadly it doesn't measure up.
