UPDATE: In the attached picture the hairbrush and clock are attached to the shelf with hooks. they are NOT included in the rack. They were packaged very well, delivered without damage and with very fast delivery. However, the installation is not difficult, but the first thing you have to do is throw away the instructions. Just make sure you have the 6 screws that came with it. If you must use wall anchors, ditch the ones you have and go to a hardware store and buy a better one. The ones you get are cheap and break very easily. Each shelf measures 15 5/8, 11 3/4, and 7 3/5 inside to side, each 4 inches deep. Mount mine to the wall and draw a small line on the wall where I wanted the top side rail and then measure to the top of the screw hole (3/4") and mark 3/4" from the small line down . Use a cordless drill to screw in the screws. Don't make them flush with the wall as you will need to insert them into the large hole in the back of the shelf and then lower the shelf. I put the longest shelf first where I wanted my others to be positioned against the wall. I've never installed this type of shelving, but ignoring the instructions they went up the wall pretty quickly. I gave it four stars because of the cheap anchors and lack of instructions.
