Update 12/18/16: Although this toy did not suit my daughter, I increased the rating to 5 on the Impresa support service account. They actively contacted me to quickly resolve the issue with my daughter. Sometimes I value good customer service more than the product itself and would have no hesitation in recommending buying from this company, knowing that if things don't go as expected, they will get in touch with you and find a solution to your satisfaction . Now let's try another Impresa product. Thank you Emily and the Impreza for turning a bad experience into a pleasant one. Small hands are busy, but be careful. My 11 year old daughter tugged on it for as long as she could, then lost her grip on one arm and it bounced back like a rubber band and hit her in the eye. She also swung the rope in a circular motion, hitting and breaking other objects, defeating her purpose of using her hands in the first place. We must look for a safer option. I gave it 3 stars because the product actually works as advertised, although for safety reasons I wouldn't try to stretch it up to 8ft.
