I like the release button on the back, the only thing I noticed is that the screw holding the rotating nozzle (for a phone) seems to work itself out? I don't tighten it as tight as I can, but that's because I like rolling my phone on it. There are three pieces that pop open in the CD holder to hold the mount in place, but it seems like any slightly above-average speed bump or slightly bumpy road will send everything crashing down. No matter how hard I tighten it, it loosens up again within a few days or so. Good mount for the price, but I'll probably upgrade at some point if I keep slamming my phone on the floor of my car on my commute.
