The belt is what you would expect in terms of quality: does not disappoint. However, only use Best Buy to buy this product. Contacting Trafalgar directly by phone used to be frustrating (more than once) due to sizing errors and NO follow up. We decided to try a new order through Best Buy. The Best Buy service was amazing. (This is an important customer for Trafalgar.)
