I like how easy it was for candidates who are looking at jobs in Canada, US or other countries around world can find them easily with this tool! It's not so expensive if you have enough budget as well very helpful when we need more experienced people especially those from overseas working here but don't know about their work permits which makes hiring process longer than expected! You should give yourself some time because there will be initial learning curve as they require trainings before using all features of website since most employers use different websites compared to theirs where things might look easier (or even harder).
