Review on Z Ink Replacement Brother TN450 by David Schweigert

Bought a box of two of these cartridges on April 19, 2019. Installed same day or next day. I only use my printer for monthly bills and the occasional personal item. I went into summer on June 4th and just got back today and tried typing for the first time. Received an out of toner notification on the printer message screen. He took out the cartridge and turned it over to shake the toner. Still "Toner Empty" Installed a new cartridge that weighed 17 ounces on my postage scale. The old "no toner" weighs 16.8 ounces. The packaging says "100% Quality Assurance" but has NO MANUFACTURER OR RETAILER INFORMATION on it. I would give a zero rating if the system allows it! UPDATE: I have contacted the company and they are sending a replacement cartridge. They told me their laser cartridges come with a 2 year warranty.
