Wow, what nonsense. I bought this for my first 3 day hike, which according to the description it should fit perfectly. I drove six hours in the smoky mountains, got out of the car, put on a backpack and it broke. I think this is a very cheap backpack positioned as a higher quality one. I didn't even have that much weight in my backpack. Although the return was free, I had to pay UPS $10 for the box to ship back due to its unusual size and lack of time for return. as if they would help you with any problems you have.
