Review on π Ultimate Daypack: David King Jumbo Back Pack for Casual Adventures by Mike Schmidt
The size and leather are ok but the metal clasps don't work and very BAD customer service
Although the design is nice and the leather is sufficient, the clasps are of poor quality and break easily (at least for me) . When I contacted LUGGAGE PROS with this problem, they emailed me to designer David King. In other words, the luggage professionals didn't help me. Looks like they just changed their minds. I did not get any help from Luggage Pros to fix this issue.
