Great tortilla keeper!

I bought this to store the large flour tortillas I buy at a Mexican restaurant. We like to eat "Mixed Green Saddle Burritos," a special Chile Verde burrito recipe that I got from the owners of a Mexican restaurant in Arizona in 1964. Old Country Recipes. the best! These large tortillas are also used to make "toasted cheese tortillas". They are buttered, then sprinkled with cheese and oven roasted until crisp.
