On the head they sit tightly, but do not strain even with prolonged use. The monitor sound is very detailed. Listen to music for pleasure, at a good volume and not offend the neighbors - that's them. For long background listening, they most likely will not work - you get tired of a slightly protruding upper middle. However, everyone's hearing perception is different, it is advisable to listen before buying. I am very pleased with the purchase.
