250 pieces is easier for younger children, but the overall portrait is smaller at 19x14.
THE GOOD:--------------* Approximately 14x19 inches when completed. Perfect for many puzzle tables.* Very colorful and educational map of Europe.* Vibrant colors, cardboard quality is great at 2.5mm thick.* 250 pieces. Family time away from screens. Easier for younger kids so they don't give up.THE BAD:-----------* We had gotten the bigger 1000 piece version that is 27x19 when complete. It was too difficult for the kids, and they just didn't have the attention span for it. So we got this 250 piece version. I thought the image would still be 27x19 when complete. I thought they would make 250 pieces of the same size image, but actually the entire puzzle shrinks too. This 250 piece version is just 19x14. Keep that in mind.I'll go 4-Stars.
- Gift for my mom, this puzzle was fun and very well made. Pricey, but worth it, we will frame it
- The puzzle may not be durable enough to withstand frequent use
