I finally received this ll-21-19 jacket but found it too tight to zip up Bella. I ordered media with a size 12 label, but it's not big enough. I measured her but it was made in China and like other countries it is the wrong size. I won't buy anything from them again. The delivery took so long and I found that she couldn't wear it. I am definitely not satisfied with their product. In the future I will check where the product is made.
