The best thing about Platinum is that it's not just another staffing agency. It really does have a lot of resources available to you as a recruiter. It's very easy to navigate through the website, so I don't think that there are any downsides. I am able to do everything I need to with Platinum. They have been great! We've been working together for a few months now, and they're always responsive and helpful. I would say that it's hard to find a staffing agency that can work with you on all aspects of your job search - from resume writing to interview preparation. They really do help with everything, whether it be cover letters or salary negotiation. I'm very happy with how things have gone so far, and I feel like we made some good connections.
