I received 2 of these devices and one does not support programming. Since all FOBs have to be programmed at the same time, and programming erases the connection between existing FOBs, I have to program all 3 at once (original OEM and 2 new ones). After many attempts to program all 3 failed but seemed to work mid-process, I skipped one and was able to program the original and one of the new FOBs. The other cannot be programmed. I would like to know how to replace it. The plastic case also feels a little flimsy compared to the OEM FOB, but it works so I'm not too concerned about that.
