This is a good value belt that is not adjustable. It would cost $5-10, not $32. I was in dire need of a belt for work so I didn't research it very well, but it's basically a piece of elastic belt with a cheap buckle. The description says the waist is 36-40 inches. It's not fixed, it's just a guess. The strap is too loose. I can't use it. I would have sent it back but threw away the packaging on the way to work. The nicest part was the "Jelt" logo printed on the inside of the belt made of non-slip material. I've never had a belt with non-slip material and I'm not sure why that's important. Try to find a good belt
