You only get one! There are two in the picture.

This item is good for subtle background noise. Most of the time there was no loud high decibel sound. Element can be heard above the HUMVEE diesel engine. It's just a scam promoting a product. There are two in the photo but if you read the specs (fine print) it's only one unit for the price. Why are there two of them in the picture, I don't know?
