I like that we are able to have multiple lines of contact available for our employees at any given time using this system which helps out with being efficient when making phone calls from home during non business hours.
There isn't anything about this product as far as dislikes go but there really doesn’t need too much said because it works well enough without needing changes made to improve its operation. We use Elevate UC primarily so employees can make conference room bookings while they're away from their offices. This allows us to save them some hassle by having everything done automatically instead of manually doing things themselves such as booking rooms via emailing someone directly who then has to do another step within the program before approving/declining requests.
