Some people think they should be worn over the head, but they aren't. They should be worn as shown in the picture. As for my rating, they are warm, don't interfere with the helmet and are snug on the ears. I ordered these headphones for the first time. , so I don't know if there are more comfortable ones, but I like how they feel.
