AMAZING product, but.

I LOVE this product. I've owned these for about 12 years. I love it so much that this year (2020) I have ordered another one for my son to play with keyboard and mouse. It arrived from the UK with a damaged corner. It costs the same as what I paid to return it ($35) and Revain only refunds $20 of that amount. And now it's $40 to reorder. So sending it back for a replacement costs me an extra $20. :( UPDATE: Ordered another one for a friend at the same time. Arrived today. Also with broken corner. Disappointing. Rating changed from 3 stars to 1 star.
