I unplugged one of the first devices and had to replace it (firmware wouldn't boot) but with the second device I was out and ran smoothly. I suggest getting at least an SDI/HDMI scaler for odd laptops or other video sources to convert. While the Switch can accept different signals and resolutions, in my experience it sometimes refuses if it's not 29.97 or 59.94 Hz. This has caused some issues when outputting from some older laptops and desktops. The aux video output is a great feature. I use it to control the projector behind the speaker so I can mute it and send a different signal to it. Not all.
