I ordered 2 of these signs because I like the company's decision to use the best materials. Unfortunately, when they arrived, one of the signs had a 6 inch linear air bubble/wrinkle on the laminated surface which was stuck to the aluminum backing. I don't want to worry about the return process and time delay so I just swiped my credit card over the air bubble but the 6 inch crease is still visible on the adhesive surface. They have a great product, but they clearly need to work out this quality control issue with their staff. Work ethics are important and can set your company apart, especially in a competitive market full of foreign companies.
