I don't understand why people have such unrealistic expectations of screen protectors. All of them are very difficult to install. I specifically bought this protector instead of the higher rated tempered glass protectors BECAUSE it comes with an installation frame. After installation everything was perfect except for three air bubbles. I was angry! I did everything right! I told myself to shut it up and left my iPad on the table. I don't know how, but by the end of the next day all the air bubbles were gone. Even before I was ready to live with it because it's just the reality of screen protectors in dusty environments. But the quality is amazing, I don't think it reduces the screen resolution at all. I don't even realize it's there. Installation Tips: - I saw that someone suggested using a roller to remove dust from the screen. I only had a mini lint roller and it made things 14 times worse. Maybe if you are a full size. One downside to this kit is that it only comes with a dust removal sticker. At some point there is so much dust on the sticker that small specks fall onto the screen again. I definitely think there should be two, especially given the screen size. That being said, if you have washi tape, it works just as well. I recommend installing the protector from the bottom up. I think it's easier to lie down like that. Make sure you push the protector fully against the frame before you start fitting. I placed it on top but didn't realize it wasn't completely under the frame and had to lift the top half back up, which is likely what caused those initial air bubbles. I'm waiting for my Apple Pencil, I can come back later and check it out if I want. Few 12.9 inch tempered glass screen protectors come with a mounting frame and I'm glad I chose this one. Yes, I think there should be two screens in the kit, or at least the ability to buy kits for a lower price. But we live in a Bezos world and I really didn't want to spend $40 on my already expensive device since I was brainwashed into living the Apple ecosystem dream. I've never had a screen protector come off on its own, that alone makes this thing so damn magical. For your health.
