My wife likes to record videos from time to time. She usually uses her phone. I gave her this camera for Christmas and was delighted that she liked it when she opened her gift yesterday. Picture quality was great - living up to the label when it says 4K. You can see the Ultra HD quality when I check the recorded video on our laptop (player must be 4k to rate). Lightweight - It looks heavy due to the metallic look, but it isn't. It comes with a hand holder (no fan) to hold it securely while you hold it. Additional battery. Nice that an additional battery is included. Although she hasn't actually used it for a long shoot, we haven't used a spare yet. By the way, make sure that you have carried out the initial charge for both batteries. A memory card is not included - good thing we have an extra SD card that I put in the dash cam. Not Wi-Fi Compatible - It would be really handy if I could stream or download it directly. via Wi-Fi, although uploading via SD isn't difficult and I think that's why it's more accessible. If you're vlogging, it's best to use a tripod and portable lighting, then you're good to go.
