Review on 🖥️ VSDISPLAY 10.1" 10.1 Inch B101EW05/LP101WX1-SLP2 1280X800 LCD Screen with HD-MI LCD Controller Board VS-TY2660H-V1, Compatible with Raspberry Pi by Drexel Wortham

This kit contains ALMOST everything you need except a CR2025 battery for the remote control. I didn't have a CR2025 so I replaced the CR2032 which was a good fit. (The only difference between the two is the thickness and capacitance.) Everything worked fine - you just plug the control panel into the main LCD control board, connect the control board to the screen, and then over-feed the board's 12V power supply the 5.5mm x 2nd barrel jack 0.1mm. Connect an HDMI cable to your device to receive an image signal and you're done! I have included photos in this review but please note that the display is much brighter than my photo. (My camera flash washed out the brightness.) The picture is clear and bright. A few things to look out for: • There is no insulation on the back of the screen, so be careful not to short it out by using the touch screen. to the control board or something conductive • Also make sure you do not place the control board on anything that is conductive to the control panel • There are no instructions to navigate the menu and it is not very intuitive so you must learning a bit about adjusting the settings • There is a "volume" setting in the menu but I don't see any audio support for it, either on the board or on the remote control • In general, the included instructions aren't very helpful, see product description photos for more details. Overall I am very happy with this order. It's a great price and includes everything you need to build your own custom monitor. I am planning to build my own main unit for a special van to control media, speakerphone, gps map and perimeter cameras. It will be very good!
