If this gel really is 35% carbamide peroxide, it's DOUBLE what the old tube of bleach I got from the dentist was! My old tube is a few years old and was in the back of my drawer, but I dug it out to see how much carbamide peroxide was in it: 16%. I've used it with custom trays that were expensive. double the amount? Well! The gel is squeezed onto the tip of the brush and you apply it to your teeth. The difficulty lies in stopping it for 15-30 minutes. without swallowing any of it. I used it 3 nights in a row and you know what? I see enlightenment! I'm a coffee drinker and I use whitening toothpaste and conditioner to get rid of coffee stains, but this gel is on another level. use to make it easier.
