I like that it allows you to search for your competitors, as well as look at previous years, which helps show trends in business. It doesn't always make sense when it comes time to create my own reviews. Sometimes, they are more helpful than others. You have to be very detailed with your reviews. If you only say something like "the best," then it will not do you any good. Make sure you write out each item that you were given and what you thought about it. This will help the algorithm give you accurate results. We use it to track our competitor's reviews.
