Nice frame. The wood is narrower than others - only 3/4 inch thick while others are an inch thick or more. This makes it look more modern and less obtrusive in my opinion. Build seemed good. All connections fit together, the fittings are strong and reliable. It's nice that they use real glass. Two disappointments: First, I had to cut about 1/8" off the 20" side of my mats to fit. Maybe my frame was a little short but the mat as measured and cut off didn't fit in length. Second, the fasteners used to hang the frame are placed too high on the sign. I tried connecting picture cables but was unable to hang the frame on standard picture hangers without the hangers being visible above the frame. The only solution is to install your own hardware under the frame yourself, but as mentioned above the frame is pretty narrow and can break. I ended up hanging it up from two loops attached to the back. It was not easy. The manufacturer should really consider lowering the hardware at least an inch.
