I ordered this product to improve sleeping comfort after surgery. The product arrived within a reasonable time and in good condition. I haven't experienced any of the odor issues that others have noticed. In general, the product has proven itself well. My problem isn't with the quality of the wedge pad set per se, but with the company's customer service - or rather, the total lack of it. I wanted to get a double set of removable/washable covers so I can switch covers between washing and use. However, no company address, customer service address, phone number or website was provided. The customer service email address was printed on the side of the box. However, I have not received any confirmation or reply to the emails I have sent to this address. Honestly I would not have made this purchase if I had known the customer service is so bad.
