Too small! in everyday backpacks

So I've been using it for 5 months now. I really like this bag, its tactical design, all the pockets and zippers. But it's just too small and you can't load many things in the bottom and middle of the bag. It's oddly designed so that there's more room in its top half. I know, I know, but you don't really get it until you start using it daily and after you've made an effort to organize your items, small items first at the bottom and large items at the top. It's perfect for people like me who carry many everyday essentials like my diabetes first aid kit, beard grooming products, lotions, soaps and sanitizer, portable chargers for my devices, keys and sunglasses, laptop and tablet etc. I even push my lunch bag in every day but it closes very tightly and sometimes crushes my lunch. If you are planning on taking this item on a serious hike or are carrying a lot of essential gear, I recommend the larger sizes that MR offers. It's almost a bit bigger than my single strap shoulder bag that I carry on the weekends when I take the kids to the mall or to the movies. Tactically made, but for commuting or the shooting range, that's all I recommend it for. There's also no option for a cup holder. If you want to take liquid with you, you need a leak proof bottle that you can throw in the middle and it just floats, or a hydration bladder can be put in where you want to be. The zippers are designed in such a way that you can pull out the tube as you wish, but there is no special hole in the bag for this. Otherwise excellent quality.
