The support from Intuit is excellent! They constantly come across as professionals that are not just doing their job, but truly have their customer's best interests at heart. Not only do they seem to listen to their customers, they also implement suggestions in a way that benefits the user. I appreciate the simplicity of a plug-and-play tool compared to other tools we had used previously. We've been able to easily integrate our customer database with the application so the customer can easily get access to their data using any device. And the fact its integrated into Wordpress means it's a very simple solution to update or maintain over time. The best part about jetty is its ease of use, and the customization options it provides to its users. It has an amazing support team who are always willing to help you out when you need them. I dislike that it's not free. If you're looking for a platform that allows you to integrate multiple systems into one, then this is the right tool for you. We have been able to connect our Salesforce system to jetty, allowing us to see all the data we need in one place.
