I've been using toilet gin for years, just wanted to try something new and less expensive because any large bag will do. Well the first time I used it everything was fine except for the smell as soon as you open it to scoop it out again. I tried sprinkling baking soda after each spoonful but that didn't help. What's really bad about this system is that the outside of the bag gets totally wet when you want to swap it out. It's the roughest feeling and smell I've ever had. The lid closes it hermetically, so it is logical that liquid waste cannot evaporate. It smells awful and requires gloves unless you hate handling a slimy wet sack full of poo and pee! If anyone has an idea how to prevent this let me know because now I'm back with my throwing spirit.
