So, to make the comparison easier, I painted one eye with my usual mascara and one eye with this mascara and made them up as usual. There's not a huge difference, but this material has a thicker feel and better coverage, but causes lumps easily. I curl mine, brush it, mascara, curl it again. I've also found that applying these pieces with regular mascara, once you've reached the desired length, helps to thicken them up without too many clumps. This is a heavier mascara than regular mascara. Mascara container? The thing is absolutely beautiful! That alone is what made me want to keep it, and even if it dries I'll probably leave it in place. Lol I'm not sure I would buy another one but I would buy more mascara like 4D. If you're not looking for a big difference, it's worth the money, if you're looking for an extreme difference, it's difficult to get by without lumps. Hope this helps someone.
